Job Summary: Nesco Resource is seeking a skilled and motivated Production Assembler to join our client's team in Clifton Park, NY. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, experience with rigging and lifting heavy products, and the ability to operate large warehouse equipment. This role requires a high level of computer literacy, excellent communication skills, and the flexibility to work off hours and weekends as needed.
Key Responsibilities: Rig, lift, and move heavy and awkward products safely and efficiently. Learn and operate large warehouse equipment, including fork trucks and 5-ton cranes. Develop a high level of mechanical aptitude and pursue Atex certification in Distributed Control Systems (DCS). Utilize and quickly learn new business applications, with proficiency in Microsoft 365. Maintain a customer-focused approach in all tasks and interactions. Contribute positively to the team environment, fostering collaboration and cooperation. Work flexible hours, including off hours, weekends, and overtime on short notice, to meet business needs. Exhibit self-motivation, self-reliance, and strong organizational skills.Requirements: High level of mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
