We are currently looking to hire a Production Assistant to provide overall administrative support across departments. Responsibilities Opening duties for our offices which include making coffee, unloading dishwashers, restocking our drink fridge and snack drawers, restocking our bathrooms with paper goods, ensuring our lobbies and patios look clean and neat every morning. Covering the front desk, answering the phone, replying to emails, distributing mail, and answering staff/client/vendor questions as needed Runs to studios for drop off and pick up of project hard-drives. Helping with set up, break down, and clean up of lunch service. Assembling new office furniture, helping keep our furniture storage areas organized, and helping with office moves as they come up. Assisting with the planning and execution of special office events, including monthly company meetings, weekly happy hours, industry mixers, charity events, and holiday parties. Assist Post Team with dialogue breakdowns, hard drive ingest and light editorial help as needed Qualifications Ability to prioritize requests, juggle multiple tasks, and take/give direction Strong attention to detail Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Phone Etiquette Team oriented approach Open communicator Self-starter and ability to work with minimal supervision Ability to respond and prioritize requests Creative approach to solutions Strong interpersonal skills Location Buddha Jones is located at 1741 Ivar Avenue, Hollywood, CA.
