Who we are looking for
Production Associates must have the ability to perform assembly activities by following work instructions. Staff members are crossed trained across multiple work stations and on quality standards for all of our production lines.
What you'll get to do
You'll work within a team to complete production objectives with responsibility for final product function and ensure that product meets quality standards.
Your day to day activities will include:
Assemble to written work instructions.
Assist in inspection of parts.
Complete daily cleaning lists as assigned.
What you bring to the team
Experience using small hand and power tools and occasionally lifting up to 25 lbs. Production Associates uphold high standards of safety and workmanship, and we want the candidates joining the team to feel the same!

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Reading blueprints
Attention to detail
Digital literacy skills
