Production Manager Cooling Factory

The assembly manager VSM1 for the Monterrey facility will have the purpose of leading the VSM1 production team, ensuring the follow-up of all existing production processes and standards, and performing them efficiently to ensure that customer needs are met in the required quality, quantity, and time standards. This role aims to achieve the required goals of the factory's objectives while ensuring the safety of all VSM1 associates.
Minimum Requirements:Manufacturing and production experienceExperience in personnel administration and labor topicsKnowledge of plastic injection, stamping, surface treatments, and paintingStrong MS Office Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)
