Production Manager

Apple Roofing is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor / Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring the successful completion of roofing projects.
The Production Manager will collaborate with other departments to develop and implement production plans and schedules. You will monitor and optimize production workflows to maximize efficiency and quality. Additionally, you will be responsible for resolving any production-related issues or bottlenecks that may arise.
Responsibilities:Manage and oversee the production processSupervise a team of skilled technicians and subcontractorsCreate and implement production plans, schedules, and budgetsMonitor and optimize production workflowsCollaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project executionResolve any production-related issues or bottlenecksEnsure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe work environmentMinimum Requirements:Previous experience as a Production Supervisor or Project Manager in the roofing industryStrong knowledge of roofing systems and installation processesExcellent leadership and team management skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesKnowledge of safety regulations and best practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsValid driver's license and clean driving recordCompensation:Contract roleUp to $70k, depending on experience
