Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and motivated Production Manager to join our team. The Production Manager will oversee all aspects of production operations to ensure that products are produced on time, within budget, and with high quality. The Production Manager will be responsible for managing personnel, increasing efficiency, and driving process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Manage personnel and resources to ensure production objectives are met. Develop and implement effective production plans. Optimize production processes to maximize efficiency. Develop, document, and improve quality control procedures. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal policies. Review and analyze production performance data. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Manage inventory and coordinate with purchasing and suppliers. Establish and maintain good partnerships with customers and suppliers. Provide training and guidance to production personnel.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. Demonstrated experience in production management or related role. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and techniques. Experience with Production, Medical Device, ISO, and FDA regulations. Knowledge of continuous improvement methods such as Green Belt and Six Sigma. Familiarity with Contract Manufacturing and Quality Management. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational and time management skills.
