Production Manager

Responsibilities Plan, direct, and coordinate the manufacturing of products and parts in compliance with company goals and objectives.Oversee a workforce of employees in the manufacturing department.Manage and evaluate machine resources to ensure productivity and minimal downtime.Investigate and analyze current manufacturing processes.Develop and implement strategies to maximize efficiency for the use of material, machinery, and employees.Lead the continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure all employees follow industry standard health and safety guidelines.Plan and implement annual budgets.Job Skills Experience in leading manufacturing organizations.Knowledge in manufacturing processes (fabrication, welding, painting, assembly).Knowledge in lean manufacturing methodology.Strong verbal and written communication skills addressing different levels (shop floor up to Executive Management).Ability to learn and keep up with product knowledge.Ability to multi-task and stay organized.Set ambitious production goals and communicate them to key personnel.Provide motivation, support, and guidance to all employees.Qualifications 5-10 years' experience in manufacturing environment, preferably large product assembly.4+ years' experience in a supervisory capacity is preferred.Aebi Schmidt is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
