Job Description A top-tier, employee owned, family first organization is looking for an experienced Production Manager.
The Production Manager will work closely with the Director of Operations.
Supervise the timely completion of all projects, create and implement process improvements, and coordinate projects in a manner that maximizes efficiency and profitability. Achieves manufacturing results by communicating job expectations to hourly and salary employees.
Plans, monitors, and appraises production results They will work with all employees using coaching, counseling, discipline, and mediation skills Needs to be a driver, maintaining workflow by monitoring steps of the process using process monitors; observing control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources reporting on daily results, and making corrections to achieve targets Assigns personnel to accomplish work results; establishes priorities; monitors progress; resolves problems; evaluates employees, and conducts orientation and training of personnel Responsible for the safety of all employees and ensures they know and acknowledge all safety rules, policies, and necessary PPE for each position Accountable for compliance with established quality policies and procedures Responsible for communication on all equipment and machines.
Maintains a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel Qualifications Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Business, or related field Experience in with the hydraulics industry strongly preferred Successful track record of leading teams and executing business initiatives Ability to develop relationships, and foster a team environment Benefits Competitive pay Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with company contribution PTO Please submit a resume for consideration.
