Job Description: Manage production crews and jobs according to SERVPRO procedures. Assign and coordinate jobs with crews, supervise job scheduling, coordinate requirements for the job, complete job files, create estimates and invoices in Xactimate as needed, oversee production, and monitor jobs from start to finish. Provide and communicate clear and accurate pretesting, scoping of services, and job estimates. Communicate and establish rapport with commercial, insurance, and residential customers.
This is a salaried position that offers a quarterly bonus based on specific measurables.
Qualifications: 5+ years of Production Management experience in the Restoration field required IICRC certifications required 2+ years using DryBook, Dash, or other software for Moisture Reading, Moisture Logging, Moisture mapping Effective written and oral communication skills Highly organized and proactive Proven experience managing multiple production crews to achieve results in an efficient and effective manner Ability and willingness to be On-Call Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary Valid driver license and clean driving record Ability to complete a background check and drug test subject to applicable law Responsibilities: Oversee multiple production crews of technicians and temps ensuring customer needs are met while maximizing productivity and minimizing costs. Visit job sites daily. Train, manage, and recruit production personnel for water mitigation, mold remediation, fire cleanup, and biohazard jobs. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and keep management updated as needed. Resolve problems quickly as they arise. Perform production work as needed. Communicate with customers consistently to ensure we are meeting their needs and providing excellent customer service. Manage job file documentation including scope of work, photos, moisture reading and mapping, sketches, Xactimate estimates, etc. Ensure safety protocols are consistently followed. Communicate with Adjusters to ensure all insurance requirements are met for each job and that all documentation is provided to insurance companies. Create and/or review job scopes and ensure accuracy and clarity. Conduct inspections and generate estimates in Xactimate as needed. Review all job paperwork (scope, estimate, job diary, and work orders) to ensure staff is ready to do the job efficiently. On-call schedule and possible nights and weekends as needed. Physical and Work Environment Requirements: Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance. Exposure to chemicals. Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing. Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights. Ability to work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces under buildings). Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects. Travel for work as required.
