Production Supervisor - 3Rd Shift

Primary Responsibilities:
The Production Supervisor is accountable and responsible for managing departmental production, safety, environmental controls, developing production employees, quality, and departmental cost controls.Ensure the health and welfare of the peopleFollow IAC's Code of Conduct, plant labor agreement, and plant rules Protect IAC's assets from loss or damage Oversee team members assigned work to meet Safety, Quality, OEE, and Delivery Targets Ensure team members are following Standardized Work and have coaching supportEnsure team members complete 5s/TPM activities and Workplace Organization Standards are being maintainedEnsure a smooth and seamless shift transitionResponsible for record integrity (documentation, shift end paperwork, training matrix, overtime charts)Create a work environment that encourages continuous improvement and employee engagementOther duties as assigned Position Education/Requirements High School Diploma or GEDMinimum 2 years production supervisory experienceExperience in an automotive manufacturing environment, preferredAbility to work any shift, weekends and all scheduled overtime.Understanding of lean manufacturing conceptsMS Office tools fluency, especially ExcelSelf-directed, detail oriented, reliable, and strong initiativeAbility to communicate effectively and work with leaders, peers, and others as required
