Production Support Analyst

Position Details: Industry: Banking Financial Client Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid Schedule) Job Title: Production Support Analyst Duration: 12 months (Possible for extension) Job Specification: Day-to-Day: Review logging and troubleshoot application issues. Perform root cause analysis and restore service quickly. Collaborate with infrastructure, development, and testing teams. Proactively monitor production environment and manage end-user relationships. Support nights/weekends for on-call coverage and release events. Must Haves: 2 years of financial application support experience. Experience with Splunk and/or Dynatrace. Strong UNIX/LINUX and Windows server administration skills. Knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, Cockroach, Redis. Previous use of Remedy and JIRA. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
