The Intralinks Alternative Investments Services Team is a key strategic growth lever for the Company. By enabling Intralinks customers to use the latest Intralinks products and services, you will be at the forefront of the Company's growth throughout 2024 and beyond. You'll be part of a growing Global Team of experts in the Intralinks platform, FinTech, and cutting-edge new technologies.
What you will do: Work with Customer subject matter experts to identify, define and scope key requirementsConduct deep dive analysis of current processes & design optimised Managed Service optionsStrategize and plan the end-to-end journey from current state to 'live' Managed ServiceIdentify and communicate potential risks/issues to the transition to the Managed ServiceWork with the customer to map and understand data posting requirements to Intralinks InViewAnalyse, cleanse and prepare data where necessary prior to posting to Intralinks InViewOversee and undertake the posting of sensitive customer data which may require unexpected adjustments to the process and scheduleProvide regular status updates to customers and Intralinks Alternative Investments Services teamOversee the quality control process to ensure accurate and compliant access and postingWork with the customer to ensure 'four eyes' sign off before undertaking the Managed ServiceReport any issues encountered to Intralinks supportConduct regular meetings with Intralinks Product Management to prioritize and resolve issues critical to the success of the Managed Service processDevelop best practices, processes, and standards to continuously improve the Intralinks Managed Service processWork with internal stakeholders to identify and implement enhanced automation & AI to streamline the end-to-end journeyEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and guidelines for the Managed ServiceWhat we are looking for: Bachelor's degree in information management systems, computer science, or related field, or 3 years of related work experienceExcellent track record of building strong client relationships and working closely with customersRelevant experience in either software implementation or data migrationExceptional attention to detail in dataStrong data skills – analysis, transformation, validation & problem-solving skillsAbility to maintain data integrity and evaluate logical cohesion during complex data transformationsStrong Excel skills (XLookups, Pivots, Data Sources, Queries)Working knowledge of Python scripting – setting up environments, modifying, and testing codeFamiliarity with operation of SQL databases and query structureExperience working with clients as a technical resource and communicating difficult conceptsExperience working with clients to keep projects focused, on track, and on timeExperience in requirements gathering, pre-sales and the delivery of professional servicesSS&C offers excellent benefits including health, dental, 401k plan, tuition and professional development reimbursement plan.
