At Nike, it's about each person bringing skills and passion to a challenging and constantly evolving game.WHAT YOU DODefine tools and processes to support overall organizational excellence in program/project management and process definitionDevelop vision, strategy and deliverables for the large international ProgramEnsure program is aligned with business strategies and budgetsOwn the business case for the Program, establish and maintain cross functional and regional coordinationMaintain ultimate responsibility regarding program objectives operating within financial and resource constraintsManage project dependencies within the program and build the program teamEnsure vendor contracts, relationships, performance, and communications are well managedEnsure proper Project Management staffing for all projects within the programHelp develop project objectives and project scopeAct as an escalation point for project issues that impact projects' cost, schedule and/or performanceChair program steering committee meetingsWHAT YOU BRINGBachelors Degree required, advanced degree preferredMinimum of 8-9 years directly relevant work experienceExpertise in program and project management best practicesProven leadership skills, with ability to influence without authorityExcellent communication and presentation abilitiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience managing cross-functional, global teamsAbility to manage multiple concurrent projects and prioritiesProficiency with project management software tools
