ChristianaCare, the largest healthcare system in Delaware is searching for a dynamic Program (Grant) Manager to oversee grant management related duties for our Medical Group Complex Primary Care service line.
This experienced Program (Grant) Manager will report to the Corporate Director of Medical Group Corporations and will be responsible for all aspects of the grant process pre and post award. This involves the grant development process including planning, budgeting, writing, submitting and tracking grants as well as financial management for Complex Primary Care and Community Medicine programs and practices.

Maintaining and building relationships with funders and other strategic partners on a local, state, and national level.
Staying informed of Request for Proposal (RFP) announcements for new potential expansion of Complex Primary Care and Community Medicine Programs
Writes competitive proposals/LOIs, grant application narratives, and budgets for the Complex Primary Care and Community Medicine Programs, including but not limited to needs assessments, progress reports, and work plans.
Manage proposal development, budget development and related pre-award activities
Manage post award activities including account setup, monitor and review of all sponsored projects expenditures including fund projections.
Manage review of all charges to sponsored projects, reconciliation of accounts, sub award management, and production of monthly financial reports for Principal Investigators, including fund projections etc
Meet with principal investigators to discuss and advise them on financial issues related to their portfolios.
Position Qualifications Bachelor's degree in related discipline required
Master's degree in related discipline preferred but not required
Minimum of five years of related experience and a proven track-record in grant writing and funding success required.
Budgeting and accounting experience preferred.
