\n Requirements of the Program Manager: Experienced in working with adults with intellectual disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorders. Experienced in and comfortable working in a multicultural environment.Familiar with Maine Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Office of Aging and Disability Services (OADS), Child Protective Services) (CPS), and Adult Protective Services (ADP) regulations, policies, and IT systems and/or have experience working with or at DHHS/OADS.Skilled in case management and developing, monitoring, and evaluating Member Support Plans and Behavior Management Plans.Skilled in person-centered service planning with a background in serving adults with intellectual disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorder, including collaborating with Case Managers, DHHS, OADS, Guardians, and the Primary Care Provider Team (PCP).Knowledgeable about MaineCare; Behavioral Support, Modification and Management; Client Rights; ADA; and Basic Protection. Outcome oriented, organized, able to manage priorities and balance competing projects, flexible, and work collaboratively with management, staff, other professionals, and members.Willing to be on call to respond to emergencies on weekends, holidays, and after hours. This can be a frequent event as some members have critical behavioral needs.Responsible for professional development by seeking appropriate job training and staying current in knowledge of state regulations and policies related to Residential Services and the Intellectual Disabilities field. Valid Maine driver's license and acceptable driving record.Due to industry regulations, a comprehensive background, criminal history check, and drug test are required.Commitment to safe and smoke free/drug free workplace.Upon employment, sign a statement agreeing to maintain client confidentiality.Ability to commute to the Portland, ME office Monday to Friday. Ability to commute to Programs within Cumberland, York and Androscoggin Counties Benefits of the Job: Pay in the range of: $60,000-$70,0006 paid holidays, 20 days of PTO401(k)Medical, Dental and Vision insurance Responsibilities of the Program Manager: Overseeing budgets and daily operations for five to ten residential facilities, including supervising House Managers, each of whom have up to ten staff serving members 24/7.Implementing, and managing evidence-based person-centered policy, services, and programming.Evaluating effectiveness of services and programming with emphasis on member feedback to achieve continuous improvement.Conducting member intake assessments and reviewing case management and health record data to determine service level needs for new members.Monitoring Member Support Plans and Behavior Management Plans in coordination with the appropriate teamParticipating in Individual Support Team (IST) meetings to ensure implementation, review, and necessary modifications of Member Support Plans and Behavior Management Plans. Maintaining overall regulatory compliance, including reportable events reporting. Documents and track incidents on Therap's General Incident Reporting (GER), submits reports to Maine's DHHS Evergreen and completes follow-up reports.Networking with the case management, healthcare, and social services community and other professionals to ensure that residential facilities operate at capacity.Managing schedules and ensuring good placement of employees for five to ten residential facilitiesSupport the goals, values, and philosophy of the Standard Care, LLC organization.
