Southland Holdings is currently accepting resumes for a talented and organized Project Administrator professional to join our team as a Office Manager at our Portland, OR Project.
TYPICAL DUTIES:
• Assist the Project Managers, Engineers with time card/time keeping employees
• Maintain record/files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted practices.
• Order supplies, maintain construction office environment
• Process New Hire paperwork, reports, safety projects, etc.
• Assist with RFIs, submittals, updating logs, reports, weekly field employee time cards
• Backing up all documents, organizing project folders on to the drive
• Operate office equipment – fax, copiers and scanner.
• Some knowledge in Bluebeam is helpful (not mandatory)
• Assist with day-to-day record keeping, logs, invoices, POs and SAs.
• Assist with other projects as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and PDF files
Expereince with payroll/hr
Proficient with calculator and math
Must be very well organized and a self-starter
Must be able to follow standard filing procedures
Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable
Possess strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Ability to interact with all employees in a professional manner
High school or equivalent
