Below is the JD: Description: Microsoft office skills: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (PP) (intermediate level of experience) (required) Onboarding vendor resources/Access management Invoicing and hour tracking and validation/approvals Budget Tracking Complex IT Meeting management Travel management Administrative requests of leadership Monitoring forecasts vs actuals Contract Oversight Identify and research problems related to Team financials Support various Agile activities and events Provide general support to team Adheres to Regulatory compliance and all Client standards as applicable Additional work as assigned Top Skills: Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Detail oriented PowerPoint (PP) experience (must be able to initiate a deck) Long term job experiences Software project experience a plus Manager's Note Updating software from Workforce Central to PRO (this specific software experience is a plus, not required) Power Point and Excel Test Scores Required Not a lot of analytics will be involved; more project management tasks - project management skills would be an asset Manager is looking for someone who is going to stay on for the project which is estimated to be in March 2027 #TB_EN
