The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting Sales Representatives in the execution of projects from kickoff through closure, with significant responsibilities including customer support, CRM, project communications, and assisting with administrative tasks. Responsibilities:Supporting Sales Representatives to follow open projects from customer order through completionDaily contact with Sales Representatives and CustomersCoordinating critical dates for projectsAdministrative aspects of projects including project documentation, drawing, job closing, and scheduled shipmentsAssisting in the preparation of project communication documents, gathering data, generating reports, etc.Assisting with properly maintaining information in project foldersWorking with Sales Representatives / Area Sales Managers and assisting in the tracking of projectsProviding relevant feedback aiming to exceed customer expectationsOrganizing daily work, prioritizing work time, and effectively managing deadlinesWorking with all internal departments to answer customer questions relative to projectsDaily updating SAP with ongoing informationFollowing up on incoming questions/requests from customers using effective communication and problem-solving techniques and ensuring information/documentation is filed accurately for future referencePreparation and communication of internal/external project status and escalation of critical issuesBeing an excellent teammate and working with limited supervisionAssisting in other projects and departments as neededQualifications:2-4 years' experience in Manufacturing Sales/Project Coordination, a plusExperience in administrative supportExperience using project management tools (Microsoft Project, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Excel)SAP expertiseEffective verbal and non-verbal communication skills internally and externallyKnowledge of project management best practicesAbility to stay highly organized and balance multiple tasks simultaneouslyAbility to problem solve, be adaptable, and be flexibleDocumentation and reporting skillsExperience:Project management: 3 years (Required)Manufacturing: 3 years (Required)Customer service: 3 years (Required)Job Type: Full-time
