ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Create customer specific project plans to manage implementations of Continuum software products. Maintain issue and action tracking throughout the project from start to project closure. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Coordinate, lead, and manage internal resources for all aspects of Continuum customer projects. Accomplish financial objectives by initiating and maintaining a budget for Continuum projects. Perform workflow and process assessments for potential and active customers to define project strategy and optimally achieve project goals in patient care and supply chain areas. Present findings from assessments to all levels of organizations. Ability to effectively communicate project/study results through professionally written documents and/or oral presentations. Monitor and report project pre- and post- go-live metrics. Document Opportunities for Improvements (OFIs) and utilize root cause problem solving to develop sustainable improvements. Provide go-live support to customers and participate in on-site visits as needed during the project. Provide feedback on software user interface design and workflow. Participate in Sprint Review and Planning sessions as applicable. Assist sales team to provide project plans and/or related documentation for implementations. Utilize standard operating procedures, guides, and templates that will aid internal team, sales representatives, and outside customers in implementing and using Continuum solutions. Assist with consulting initiatives for Continuum implementations. Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards and forming essential customer relationships. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Perform service recovery when required. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and attending and participating in various trade shows.
