Project Director Onsite | $95,000 - $105,000 Salary | 100% Paid Benefits POSITION SUMMARY Our client is actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Director to spearhead and propel the success of their ambitious project. As a Project Director, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the team, managing daily operations, developing strategic roadmaps, ensuring successful project delivery, and reporting on outcomes. This position demands strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a proven track record in project management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the relationship with our internal and external project partners. Oversee the relationship, reporting, and communications. Handle complex inter-team dependencies and bridge gaps in technical system management. Lead project planning, milestone, and success criteria definition, including allocation of financial resources. Create, track, and drive the critical path, flagging and managing risks, dependencies, and decisions affecting the project. Communicate successes, schedules, priorities, issues, and overall project health to all levels in the company. Create and distribute impactful automated reporting. Champion the Customer: Put users first to design great educational experiences. Lead a strong team that amplifies our impact on users. Define project structure, partnerships, and overall pedagogy of programming. Take the Lead: Disrupt and invent to be the first choice for users. Take ownership and action to deliver more efficiently to users. Engage with departments as needed. QUALIFICATIONS 3-5 years of technical project management experience leading teams through grant management. Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning in relation to best practices for advanced manufacturing. Understanding of global manufacturing practices. Able to simplify complex technology into training modules for disadvantaged communities. Strong background in project management leading cross-functional teams. Experience with grant accounting and financial management, including budget development monitoring, and financial reporting. Previous experience working with government grants, specifically state and federal agencies. SKILLS Bachelor's degree in a relevant or closely related field, including majoring in product development, innovation, and/or public or business administration. (Master's degree a plus.) Minimum three (3-5) years of progressive management experience, preferably with grant contracting/grant management experience. Previous experience overseeing entire organizational operations and programs. An entrepreneurial mindset regarding new opportunities, challenges, and prospective areas for continuous organizational growth. Proficiency in various computer software programs, including Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to develop and operationalize strategies aimed at leading an organization to the next stage. Demonstrated history of facilitating and leading cross-sector collaboration. Proven organizational/time management experience and proficient computer skills in planning, budgeting, and documentation. Exceptional leadership and analytical abilities with all levels of staff and management. Adept in oral and written communication, presentation, and relational skills, including community outreach, involvement, and engagement.
