Project Manager | Estimator
The Project Manager | Estimator is responsible for the administrative and technical management of a construction project including the ability to prepare successful estimates. The Project Manager functions as the point person for the project and steers the project forward.
Pay range $75-$125k Full Benefits, Health, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401K
Project Manager | Estimator Traits

Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the estimation process for COMMERCIAL DRYWALL projects ranging from $500k to $5MM , ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and profitability.
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to secure business opportunities and foster long-term partnerships.
* Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, quality standards, and safety regulations.
* Coordinate project teams, including subcontractors and in-house staff, to optimize resources and achieve project objectives.
* Conduct thorough project assessments, risk analysis, and feasibility studies to identify potential challenges and develop effective mitigation strategies.
* Provide leadership and mentorship to junior estimators and project management staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
* Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic plans, goals, and initiatives to drive business growth and expansion.
Requirements:
* MINIMUM of 3-5 years of experience in the Commercial DRYWALL industry , with a proven track record of successfully managing and estimating projects.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in project management software and estimation tools.
