Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team in support of Abbott Nutrition. The Project Manager will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and completion of various projects within our organization. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of project plans.
Coordinate project activities, resources, and information.
Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
Work with the Project/Program Managers to eliminate blockers.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Nutrition Science, Food Science, or a related field.
3+ years of experience as a Project Manager
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management software (e.g., MS Project).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP Certification
3-5 years of experience in nutrition science.
