Job Title: Concrete Project Manager - Commercial Construction Location: Rapid City, SD Pay: $90,000 - $118,000 About Our Client: Our client is a premier construction firm specializing in commercial concrete projects. They are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join their team and lead projects through completion. TRAVEL: This position will be supporting a large project which is taking place just outside of Rapid City, South Dakota. This is a 1 year project that is requiring the PMs to work fully on site in South Dakota. When this project completes, you will likely be pivoted into another project. BONUSES: (for out of state candidates) 8% of salary bonus for traveling roles Monthly car allowance Per diem to cover housing and meals Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field 4+ years in construction with 2+ years in project management MUST have experience managing concrete projects-structural concrete (not paving or sidewalks) Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are on time and within budget. Budgeting & Cost Control: Manage project finances, track costs, and control budget deviations. Team Leadership: Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and onsite teams to ensure smooth project execution. Quality & Safety Oversight: Ensure work meets quality standards and safety regulations.
