With an increasing portfolio of works, we are looking to grow our current team of project delivery professionals in the sustaining capital and asset projects division at Calibre | WSP.
Our projects span all aspects of the mining including processing and wet and dry materials handling, heavy civil, roads and drainage, rail, non-process infrastructure, power, water, communications, automation and controls.

Our global team of over 5,200 dedicated mining professionals are supporting the industry to decarbonise mining operations in the accelerating green transition. Working collaboratively across borders and disciplines, you'll join a leading team working on interesting and complex projects. We are experts in our field, and we are passionate about mining.
What you'll do:
As a Project Manager at Calibre| WSP, you will be an integral member of our leadership team and will take on responsibility for the effective management and leadership of projects within our Mining and Resources sector. This role will be responsible for winning and delivering engineering projects in the mining industry with the support of our fully resourced inhouse multidiscipline engineering and design team. The role will then take ownership of the delivery of the projects. The anticipated project capital size is up to $200mil.
About You
You're likely to haveexperience in detailed design phases of engineering projects. In addition, you will bring the following skills and attributes:
12+ years of relevant Senior experience, with a minimum 5 years of proven Project Management experience.
Ability to liaise with all relevant stakeholders to produce and review packages of work.
Proven project delivery experience on multi discipline mining projects.
You have a passion for innovation, commitment to technical excellence and for developing and growing a well-rounded project team.
You are a motivated individual who is interested in being part of a long-standing team of over 200 professionals in Perth and 480 nationally.
Whilst our projects span all phases of the lifecycle, we are specifically looking for a Project Manager with experience in the detailed design phases of engineering projects.
