Project Manager

Position : Project Manager Location : Onsite 1 day per week in Boston, MA Duration : 6 month contract with potential extension Pay range: $50-55/hr Insight Global looking for a Project Manager to join a growing team. This person will bridge the gap between departments and ensure that all requirements are being met, especially in terms of documentation and controls. Here's a summary of the key responsibilities and qualifications for this role: Key Responsibilities: Documentation Process: Documenting processes for benefits enrollment, revenue, program integrity, unemployment, HR, and finance. Ensuring controls are in place in the department instead of relying on other agencies. Documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Project Management: Overseeing the integration of new accountants in the revenue department. Streamlining and formalizing the documentation process. Nudging and pushing the process along to ensure timely completion. Controls and Compliance: Ensuring proper controls are in place for reconciliation, unemployment, benefits, fraud, HR, and finance. Familiarity with state funding and benefits programs. Qualifications: 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager Background in benefits, unemployment, and reconciliation. Knowledge of fraud, HR, and finance processes. State funding experience is a plus. Skills : Strong documentation skills. Ability to streamline and formalize processes. Familiarity with controls and compliance requirements. Certifications : PMP certification preferred but not required. This role is crucial for ensuring that all processes are well-documented and that there are robust controls in place. It also requires someone who can effectively manage and push projects forward.
