Job Description:

Requirement: Ensure new production introductions are launched on time, meet cost targets and within the specified budget.
Lead cross functional teams through a stage gate process and ensure all deliverables and milestones are completed on time and accurately.
Develop comprehensive schedules that include hardware and software integration.
Maintain a detailed action item list and conduct thorough follow-up methods for task completion.
Escalate key issues and risks and work to develop solutions to maintain schedules.
Collaborate with the broader Auto Store organization Key Qualifications: 3+ years' experience in project management, preferably using a stage gate process involving hardware and software solutions.
Experience leading cross functional teams to deliver complex solutions.
Good problem solving skills and collaboration across different departments and expert fields.
Knowledge about the warehouse automation industry is a benefit.
