Project Manager

Primary Responsibilities, and Minimum and Preferred Qualifications The successful candidate will need to have the following skills: Past experience with the commercial and/or multifamily market Project management skills and the ability to successfully multi-task, set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment; Manage scope, schedule and budget of project agreements and other program support agreements; Support strategic market engagement and partnership development; Facilitate and execute continuous improvement of program rules, and business processes; Excellent external and customer communications (written and verbal) skills; Must be a self-starter and function well independently and in teams; Must be a high level Microsoft Excel user, and be able to perform Pivot tables, advanced formulas, and advanced data analysis of complex data sets NEIS, Salesforce, SharePoint, Buildings Portal, Tableau Tasks Day to day work will include, but not be limited to: Managing projects from initiation to completion; including scope, schedule and budgets Manage and develop relationships & increase coordination with key stakeholders Manage contractors and program support agreements; Resolve issues which may arise regarding assigned projects with applicants or consultants; Support the development and refinement of PONs and RFPs; Make recommendations for improvements to Client's strategies and business processes; Support program reporting; Other duties as assigned to support the key outcomes for the Efficiency Planning & Engineering Team.
