Actively manage the production team's ticketing system; assigning tasks to technicians, following up on timelines, and ensuring consistent ticket resolutionProcess department invoices and vendor/contractor paymentBook travel and lodging for installation, repair, and service projects at campus locationsAssist with communication and scheduling of online broadcast hosts and guestsCoordinate purchases with integrators and other vendorsManage the service, project, and installation calendar for technicians and the departmentWork closely with other departments who have technical needs for events and staffSupport the needs of the department on the weekend and during servicesActively serve in a role on Sundays (as needed) Active participation in a church (we look for a lifestyle of inviting people to church, volunteering, generosity, and prioritizing community). Monday-Thursday, we're in the office (8:30AM - 5PM); on Sunday, we're supporting the weekend worship experience either directly in our roles or by choosing a weekly serving opportunity at one of our Elevation Church campuses.There's a lot to accomplish each week, so we're pretty fast-paced. We're also not afraid to pivot a strategy or project quickly to meet the needs of the weekend - adaptability is a key competence for us.Yes, we work hard. But we're good at playing hard, too.
