About the Role:

As a Project Manager at Mental Health Group, you will play a crucial role in driving projects that enhance our services and support our mission of improving mental health outcomes. Your responsibilities will vary depending on the level of experience, but they will generally include the following:


Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, timelines, and resources. Ensure projects are executed efficiently and meet established deadlines. Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring that all team members are aligned with project goals. Provide guidance and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and milestones. Facilitate effective communication between all parties involved. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables. Proactively address issues as they arise. Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and ensure that resources are allocated effectively. Provide financial reports and forecasts to stakeholders. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality. Implement processes for continuous improvement and feedback. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting notes. Ensure that all documentation is accessible and up-to-date. Innovation and Growth: Encourage a culture of curiosity and questioning within the team. Explore new methodologies and technologies that can enhance project outcomes and drive innovation. Qualifications:

Experience: Entry-level candidates should have relevant internships or coursework in project management or related fields.

Mid-level candidates should have 3-5 years of experience managing projects in a professional setting.
