Job Title: Project Manager - Civil Construction
Location: Longmont, CO, US
Salary: $80K -$150K (depends on experience) 
Requirements: -3+ years relevant experience P.E required

What You Will Be Doing This position will be responsible for overseeing a design team, aid in the engineering of projects, engineering reports, letters, overseeing the production and quality control deliverables, maintain project schedules, projects budgets, project billing, communication with team, clients, and government agencies. Conduct internal project meeting and teach younger staff. 
What You Need for this Position At least 3+ years of Project Management experience/ P.E required 
- Strong knowledge of grading, drainage, utility and roadway design
- Ground Up and Renovation/Expansion Construction
- Be knowledgeable with AutoCAD Civil3D. StormCAD, and WaterCAD
- Municipality Projects
- Grading and Pipe Work
- Government Projects
- Laying Storm Drain - Utilities - and Grading
- Strong knowledge of site development single family residential, multi-family residential, commercial, commercial and retail development experience. -Salary: $80K - $150K
