\n In this position, the candidate will:Serve as a project manager on roadway design projects with varying levels of complexity and scope. Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations.Maintain effective and timely communication with clients and other project stakeholders. Take a lead role in project planning, design, and implementation.Review and approve project scopes, budgets, and schedules. Manage project tasks, budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.Delegate work to project team members.Perform detailed engineering analysis and design tasks.Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.Review complete project documents, ensuring quality and compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.Assists upper-level management and staff as a technical specialist or advisor.May perform other duties associated with this role. Qualifications for this role:Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering or a closely related field.Professional Engineer (PE) license.8+ years of progressive civil engineering experience.Proven track record of successful project delivery.Advanced project management and leadership skills.Commitment to excellence in quality and service. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Ability to work individually or as part of a team.
