Project Manager W/ School Experience (2)

Project Managers with School and CMRisk experience projects a minimum of 20 million, must be able to run the job from the ground up. The Project Manager needs a BS in Construction Management or other related areas. Worked as a PM for 2-3 years or a Senior Superintendent ready for the next move to Project Manager who has done the job but is ready for the title and to move into the position. CMRisk with management is required, Florida experience is preferred but open to out-of-state as long as they have the experience and learn the Florida codes.
