Summary : The Project Manager role will be responsible for leading the development and delivery for Airgain strategic products. Reporting to the VP-Engineering this role is a key leader of cross-functional engineering teams. The successful candidate will have demonstrated Project Management results especially in Telecommunications/Embedded product industry, along with strong collaboration to handle critical communications internally and with customers/partners. Essential Function : Lead cross-functional projects for Airgain product delivery across full lifecycle from concept-phase through engineering development, production, commercial launch, and ongoing sustaining Accountable for successful project delivery fulfilling product requirements with sterling quality on schedule and against budget Central role in coordination and communication with all project stakeholders including Airgain cross-functional teams as well as representing Airgain with suppliers, partners, and customers Guide internal/external project team through complex technical trade-off decision-making and problem-solving Consistently demonstrate strong quality and process competency to execute successful projects while continuously improving company performance Manage ODM and technology partner relationships Manage project budgets and lead development processes Stage/Gate, Agile/Scrum Apply quality management methodology - 8D, six-sigma, root-cause analysis Requirements/Qualifications : 5+ years experience required in Wireless, Telecommunications, Embedded Systems or related Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline (preferred) PMP certification (preferred) Confident handling full product lifecycle including product definition, development, and support Capable to lead projects for product certification and Device-to-Cloud Solutions Benefits available to Regular Full Time Employees : Bonus/Commission Medical/Dental/Vision 401K Match ESPP Life & Disability Insurance Vacation and Sick Leave Flexible hours Office Snacks Compensation: The US base salary range for this full-time position is $108,000 - $131,000 + target annual bonus. This position can be hired in Arizona, California, or Minnesota and compensation for the position will be reflective of the local market. Our salary ranges are determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to the role, location, job-related skills, relevant education, experience and training. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target range for new hire base salary for the position across all US locations and varies by the location of the position. Our Talent team member can share more about our salary ranges and other benefits of working at name of company, which are not included in the posted base salary range.
