Project Sales Representative
to join their team .
In this role, you will combine your expertise in Commercial HVAC systems with your proven sales acumen. The Project Sales Representative will be instrumental in driving and maintaining business by focusing on equipment repairs, upgrades, and large-scale solution sales.
Responsibilities:
Efficiently schedule appointments and manage time for optimal productivity.
Deliver compelling sales presentations and identify upsell opportunities within existing customer base.
Demonstrate consistent track record in generating sales revenue.
Understand prospect organizations and decision-making processes, facilitating timely commitments.
Address questions and objections proficiently and responsibly.
Identify and address customer needs and concerns effectively.
Survey commercial HVAC systems, identify project opportunities, and provide solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelors in engineering or a related field
5+ years of sales and commercial HVAC systems experience
Mechanical aptitude
Knowledge of building codes and standards
Strong communication, organization, problem solving, and relationship building skills
Compensation
Base salary in the 75k – 90k/year range, plus commission
$700/month car allowance
