Property Analyst

We are looking for a meticulous and highly organized Property Analyst with a primary focus on data entry to join our team. As a Property Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and entering data into our systems accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities: Accurately enter data into databases, spreadsheets, and other software systems.Maintain and update data records, ensuring all information is current and accurate.Perform data verification and validation to ensure data integrity.Organize and categorize data for easy retrieval and analysis.Assist with generating reports and summaries from the entered data.Manage email correspondence and respond to data-related inquiries.Perform general administrative tasks such as scheduling, file management, and document preparation.Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and accuracy.Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data privacy.Perform other related tasks as needed to support the team.Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data management or related fields are a plus.Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative roles.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.Strong organizational and time management skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry software.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work environment.Familiarity with data privacy and confidentiality practices.Payroll runs monthly on the 1st of every month and paid in arrears.
