General Description Graduate Engineer with more than 7 years of experience in Operation and Maintenance of Hydro power plantWHAT YOU'LL DO: Planning for Annual, monthly, and daily maintenance activities.Timely completion of planned maintenance activities.Carry out condition-based monitoring of equipment and plan maintenance accordingly.Planning of critical spares for ensuring 100% machine availability.Troubleshooting of breakdown by carrying out root cause analysis and take corrective/preventive action accordingly.Coordinate with client for outage planning and respond to client queries.Coordinate with vendors/OEMs for getting offers of spares and expert services.Coordinate with various departments within ANDRITZ for resolving issues related to Power plant.Provide monthly maintenance data to MIS coordinator.Documentation of maintenance records as per ISO formats.Conduct technical/behavioral/safety trainings for technicians.YOU'RE GOOD AT: Analytical Thinking/Problem SolvingProject PlanningCost controlSpares managementCommunication SkillsYOU BRING: Experience & Qualifications Graduate Engineer in any DisciplineExperience of more than 7 years in Hydro power plant operation and Maintenance.PREFERRED: POST DIPLOMA COURSE IN HYDRO POWER PLANT ENGINEERING
