Public Negotiator/Education Law Attorney

A prominent AV rated Education Law firm seeks an associate with 5+ years' experience. The role will primarily involve advice and counsel in general counsel matters. Knowledge of education law is essential. Knowledge of 3020-A, FOIL, FERPA and special education related matters helpful. Candidate must have excellent organizational, research, writing, and people skills.
