Position Overview:
As a Public Relations Associate at Pulakos CPAs, you will play a crucial role in shaping and maintaining our public image. You will work closely with our marketing and communications teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance our brand visibility and reputation. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development and execution of public relations strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. Draft and distribute press releases, media advisories, and other communications materials to promote company initiatives and achievements. Build and maintain relationships with media representatives, industry influencers, and community stakeholders to enhance the company's visibility. Monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities for proactive communication and engagement. Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and insights for content creation, ensuring consistency in messaging across all platforms. Support the planning and execution of events, press conferences, and promotional activities to enhance brand awareness. Conduct research and analysis to inform public relations strategies and measure the effectiveness of campaigns. Contribute to the development of social media content and strategies to engage with our audience and enhance our online presence. Assist in crisis communication efforts, ensuring timely and effective responses to any public relations challenges. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in public relations, communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level candidates. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and messages. Motivated and adaptable personality, with a willingness to learn and grow within the role. Excellent critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze situations and develop effective communication strategies. Proficiency in social media platforms and digital communication tools. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid remote work environment.
