Position Overview:

As a Public Relations Associate at Glhn Architects & Engineers, you will play a vital role in shaping and maintaining our public image. You will work closely with various teams to develop and implement effective communication strategies that promote our projects, values, and mission. This position is ideal for individuals at all levels of experience, from entry-level to senior-level professionals, who are passionate about public relations and eager to contribute to our success.


Key Responsibilities: Media Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with media representatives, journalists, and influencers to promote our projects and initiatives. Draft press releases, media kits, and other communication materials to effectively convey our messages. Content Creation: Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, newsletters, and our company website. Ensure that all content aligns with our brand voice and messaging. Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing events, including press conferences, community outreach programs, and promotional events. Coordinate logistics, manage invitations, and ensure successful event execution. Crisis Communication: Support the development of crisis communication plans and assist in managing communications during challenging situations. Help craft timely and accurate responses to media inquiries. Research and Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and public perception to inform our communication strategies. Analyze the effectiveness of PR campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and project management, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels. Monitoring and Reporting: Track media coverage, social media engagement, and public sentiment related to our projects. Prepare regular reports to share insights and recommendations with leadership. Qualifications: Education: A bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not required for entry-level candidates. Experience: We welcome applications from candidates at all experience levels, from recent graduates to seasoned professionals. Relevant internships or work experience in public relations or communications is a plus. Personality Traits: We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals who are passionate about public relations and eager to learn and grow within our organization. Soft Skills: Strong project management skills are essential, along with the ability to cooperate effectively with diverse teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
