Purchasing Agent - Temporary Position With State Of Nm

ATA Services Inc. is currently seeking to hire experienced Contract/Purchasing Agent to work on a temporary assignment with the State of New Mexico – Department of Health. The successful client must have previously worked for the State of New Mexico and SHARE software experience.
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour depending on experience with weekly pay.
Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8:00am – 5:00pm for 12 weeks
Location: Santa Fe, NM
Contract/Purchasing agent will support the ASD contract Staff in review of Agency contracts to include professional service contracts (PSC), professional service exempt contracts (PSC Exempt), Provider agreements (PA), memorandum of Agreement (MOA), UNM Addendums, and other Agency agreements as needed.
Anticipated work output:
Assist ASD contracts Division with Audit of Agency contracts, which will consist of audit through final execution of contract
Creation of Contract Module IN SHARE
Creation of Purchase orders in SHARE.
Track contract process on ASD contract log
Desired qualifications:
Experience working with groups from multiple departments and backgrounds.
Familiar with New Mexico State government procurement code, policy and procedures.
Knowledge of Contracting and
Experience with SHARE system.
Must have experience in Microsoft Excel, word, and outlook.
