About the Role:
We are looking for a meticulous QA Analyst to join our fast-paced team. In this role, you will work closely with software engineers, product owners, and other cross-functional team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality software. Success in this role requires a detail-oriented and thorough approach to software quality and a desire to leave no stone unturned.

Strong analytical skills to be able to evaluate, understand, and clarify requirements, and develop a testing strategy to cover the requirements adequately
Ability to effectively troubleshoot, report, and prioritize bugs reported by internal and external users
Strong testing skills, and deep knowledge of different testing types
Expertise in QA processes, Agile
Demonstrated advocacy for the growth of quality standards in software development
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback
Exceptional critical thinking skills
Strong project and time management skills
Positive attitude and growth mindset
You have experience with
Mobile and backend hands-on testing
Shift-left and shift-right approaches, context-driven testing
Identifying risks in software and defending user experience
Supporting agile teams in ongoing software development and testing process optimization
Mentoring and coaching peers
