Qa Manager Poultry

Hello this is Griffin with GPAC Recruiting. My team and I are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager in the Poultry Industry. This company is on the smaller side and has a great family feel and culture to it. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a QA manager/supervisor role and will have a background in poultry. The position will be responsible for all food safety/quality and internal audits.
Comp: $100k-110k + bonus structure based on company's performance

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
HACCP (Hazardous Analysis of Critical Control Points) integration into the facility.
QA (Quality Assurance) procedures.
SSOP (Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures)
SOP (Standard Operating Procedures)
GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
Pre-Operation Inspection
Food Defense
Monitor both shifts to ensure all QA technicians and Plant Supervisors understand what procedures are being performed. Ensures each procedure is clearly written, understood, properly implemented and record keeping requirements are met.
