Requirements: Must have 5+ years of direct QA/QC Manager experience working on apartments, hospitals, libraries, schools and/or universities in the DMV area ranging 20M+ in sizeMust have experience using Timberline (Sage 300 for Construction and Real Estate)Must be fully vaccinatedPossess an optimistic and positive attitude, must be able to succeed in a deadline-driven environmentAbility to effectively prioritize, organize and complete assigned workExcellent communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with individuals at all levels, both internal and externalStrong organizational and analytical skillsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. What Is Offered: Salary Range: $80,000 - 100,000 commensurate with experience + Up to 10% in an annual discretionary bonusFree medical, dental, and vision insurance for the employee.
