Description OverviewThe QA Services Technical Writer acts as the author for Manufacturing documents in OpenText. Runs reports on status of documents and follows up with older documents to get them either removed or through the process. Splits writing with reporting activities. Helps balance workload with other Authors. Also keeps the Reviewer's List up to date.
Scope of the RoleRuns reports on overdue documents.Learns Coordinator role, Issued Print, Controlled Print and other roles. Support TAG request approvals.Troubleshoot issues with multiple roles.Learns how to run reports and data mine in the system.Sends notifications out.Experience RequiredHigh School Diploma or Equivalent24 months minimum as a Technical Writer using OpenTextAbility to lead projects for new documents, or major revisionsExcellent OpenText skills.
