Pay: $25, depending on experience Hours: 1st shift: 6:00a.m.-3:00pm Quality Assurance Inspector Job Summary: Experience with precision measurements using ID/OD micrometers and calipers Knowledge of geometric tolerances Experience using a CMM (coordinate measuring machine) Experience using a gear analyzer Knowledge of geometric tolerances Inspects machined, fabricated, sub-assembled, assembled parts First articles, In process ,Final inspection, verbal communications Reads blueprints Performs, controls, records, calibration of inspection tools and instruments, shop inspection tools, shop control fixtures, per the appropriate quality procedure and ISO 10012.
Gear Measuring Machine (GMM), FARO ARM and hardness testing.
