)Complete Occurrence Reports on recurring issues to be evaluated by QA Manager/Compliance Officer and shared with other necessary department headsIdentify trends in facility related complaints to assist in the internal pharmacy resolutionsCommunicate with department heads and supervisors to assist in the delivery of specifically requested itemsHandle emails and phone calls directly from facility administrationAnnual updating of House Stock and MD lists for accuracyOther tasks as assigned by the QA ManagerQuality Assurance Pharmacy Technician Qualifications:Experience in Long Term Care Pharmacy and customer service preferred Courteous and polite phone skillsComputer literateDetail oriented and organizedMust be able to multitask Must possess excellent verbal and written communications skillsMust be able to think critically and solve problems efficientlyEEO Statement, SpecialtyRx, Inc. is fully committed to employing a diverse workforce.
