Quality Auditor - Rd Shift

Job summary
Containment of suspect parts using Quality Hold, DPR, and Blocking Procedures.Usage of Scanners to Block and Unblock materialGathering data for studies.
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Disposition of parts, assemblies, products, and any containers in the Quality Hold area.• Verify effectiveness of operator training.• Verify Error Proofing is conducted by support personnel.• Reviewing and utilizing Statistical Process Control (SPC) programs (QDAS, EMS, etc.)• Other duties as needed.• Each employee is responsible for the quality of his/her personal performance and how said performance impacts the environment, safety, and data security.• Managers and supervisors are also responsible for the quality of his/her team's performance and how said performance impacts the environment, safety, and data security.• Knowledge of customer specific requirements (CSR) necessary through advanced training, or work experience or a combination of the two.
Requirements
• High School or GED equivalent• Some college experience is preferred• 5-7 years of related departmental experience or previous manufacturing experience
