Quality Control - Lab

Immediate opening for a Quality Control – Lab position for our Danbury manufacturer. Pay rate $20hr ! Immediate opening.
Responsibilities for the Quality Control - Lab job include:
Prepare and inspect incoming steel & in-house specimens
Testing for machinability, harden ability, grain structure, defects and cleanliness
Inspect for Rockwell hardness, acid etch (samples), use of all types of hardness testers
Prepare and inspect samples of component parts for grain size and fish scale
Maintain metallurgical record including customer requirements
Qualifications:
1 - 3 years' experience in a similar position required
Computer skills
Experience with required equipment
Hours/Days - Monday - Friday from 7AM - 3:30PM
Pay rate - $20 hr
At least 6 month temp assignment but potential for hire..

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
