Quality Control Manager - Construction

DIRECT HIRE: A terrific opportunity to travel and learn from experienced Construction Superintendents.  The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years' in a Quality Control Manager, or related role (for example, Project Coordinator).  

Salary: $45K - $60K

Schedule/Travel: Complete 12 month - 18 month project, then travel elsewhere for next project and so on...

Role & Responsibilities:Collect, review, and pass complete submittals to the ArchitectMaintain submittal logAssist Superintendent with Preparatory Meeting for subcontractorAssist Superintendent with Request For Information managementInspect received materials and ensure compliance with plans, specifications and submittal reviewsSchedule and coordinate any required testingReceive and review color board once finish schedules are finalizedDevelop inspection list, schedule inspections as required by local governments and personally accompany the InspectorCoordinate progress inspections with OwnerConduct a complete final inspection of each completed structure prior to and with Owner, noting any and all deficienciesEnsure Owner satisfaction by responding promptly to their complaints and requestsComplete reports and paperwork, such as Timecards, Expense Reports, Safety Meeting Reports, Weekly Progress PhotosFor a faster response, please text "QCM" to ******** .
