JDP is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor in Melrose Park, IL Area!

QA / QC Supervisor Day Shift & Night Shift Available Plastics Experience 4+ years of lead or quality supervisory for Blow molding / Injection Molding products.Prior leadership experience is required.The preferred candidate will have experience with the structured quality control stage gate process.Expertise in ISO/TS types of quality systems is required.The candidate must have demonstrated quality leadership and people management skills and exhibit strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.Candidate must be able to influence team dynamics regarding quality goals, deliver constructive feedback, and provide quality leadership in a cross-functional environment.Must have a general knowledge of appropriate manufacturing quality assurance and control methods, processes, and equipment.Mechanically inclined with the ability to roll up your sleeves to help get the job done.Strong leadership skills, including a demonstrated ability to supervise and manage others, foster open communication, and support an environment of high growth and innovation.Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills are a must.
